Collagen are now my thing since I’m already on my late 20’s and I believe that I should take care of my skin (from within) especially that I start to see some signs of aging. Collagen does a big help on taking care of our skin by keeping its moisture and making it more youthful. Yay!
For the past few months, I’ve been keeping (well, trying) my skin healthy as much as I can by taking collagen supplements which is good for the skin. I’ve already tried Meiji Amino Collagen (review here) and Orihiro Placenta and Collagen Powder (review here) which really helped to maintain the youthfulness and glow on my skin.
Today, I’ll be sharing with you again another collagen supplement I’ve tried for a month which is the DHC Collagen Supplement, a product made from Japan.
Product Info: DHC Collagen Supplement helps the skin to look young and firm. It contains Oceanic Fish Collagen, Vitamin B1 and B2.
Each daily dosage (5 tablets) contains:

Pros:- Made my skin brighter, soft and smooth
- Noticed that my blemishes fades faster
- Noticed that my hair was smoother than before (my hair’s still dry and frizzy but it’s better than before I used this product)
- Good booster for immune system
- No breakouts or unwanted side effects
- Affordable compared to collagen powder
Cons:- Personally, I’m a bit hesitant to take 5 capsules a day
- May tend to forgot to take the capsules
- Available online
Verdict: After a month of using this product, I satisfied with the results especially that I noticed that my blemishes fades faster than before. Also I loved that it also helped my hair to become smoother and healthier.This product is more affordable than the powdered ones since a pack only costs P850 which is already good for a month of use. I still have another pack to consume so I see myself continuing to use it for a more visible results. Will update you guys on soon on the next month :)
